    Student stabbed in Toronto high school  May 12, 2009
    The stabbing took place in a Grade 11 class at Stephen Leacock Collegiate Institute at 2450 Birchmount Road, one of 30 Toronto high schools with a designated police officer on the premises. The victim remained in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. (Globe and Mail)
